Clyde Sharp, a Roll, AZ, cotton producer, was re-elected as chairman of the American Cotton Producers (ACP) of the National Cotton Council for 2013, during the NCCrsquo;s annual meeting here on February 8-10.Sharp, who has served on and chaired various ACP and NCC committees, is Wholesale Semi-Worsted Yarn Suppliers a past president of The Cotton Foundation and Cotton Council International, the NCCrsquo;s export promotion arm.Elected as an ACP vice chairman was Ted Schneider, Lake Providence, LA. Re-elected as ACP vice chairmen were K. Michael Tate, Huntsville, AL, and Barry W.

Re-elected as NCC producer directors were: Allen McLaurin, Laurel Hill, NC, representing the Southeast region; Michael J. Alexander of Colorado City, TX, from the Southwest region; and Donald J. Cameron, Helm, CA, from the Western region.
